Being in the industry as a young lad in a family business, my passion grew which led me to study to become a chef. I completed my apprenticeship at the Watermark Restaurant Balmoral Beach Sydney and The Menzies Hotel in Sydney. This took me on a journey of travelling around the world expanding my skills and building my passion. Developing my experience and enthusiasm from working in hatted restaurants in Sydney, 5-star hotels and 7-star cruise ships throughout the world as a Sous Chef & Head Chef, which also led me dining with some of the best-named chefs in the industry.
My passion for improving my skills led me back to Uni and completing a course in food science and technology. I have a strong commitment to quality and detail with a good eye for the visual

The Main Team
Jill: My partner in crime who manages our establishment, my life and kids.
Nico: Trained as a chef in France and has worked as a head chef in many excellent restaurants and cafes in Australia.
Jenny: Completing a hospitality traineeship, Jenny earned a Diploma in Hospitality Management, she then went on to run her own business. In her spare time, she trains other keen hospitality staff in a diploma of hospitality to a very high level. She is one of the best in the industry for service.
Plus many more casuals on the books to help us for events of an intimate dinner party of 6 to feeding a hungry gathering of 10,000 guests. Good 2 Eat can offer as many or as little bar and wait staff that is required for your budget and the effectiveness of your event.
We cater for cocktail receptions, corporate events, large and small scale camps and retreats, birthday parties, weddings & sports events. Our canapé sized versions of gourmet treats are the ideal solution adding on a variety of ForknTalk dishes leaving guests satisfied, and their taste buds stimulated. Try our feast menu where delicious meals are placed on the table for you hungry hatters. The buffet option allows for a much more varied range of food. What it is?
